“Best” is a subjective term, but here are some of my favorite songs from the soundtrack of the Korean Drama, Personal Taste.

말도 안돼 (Maldo Andwae) by 윤하 (Younha) is an upbeat, fun song with a catchy melody.  It’s just a super cute song!

Here’s the translation that I got from this site:

가슴이 뭉클 (Gaseumi Moongkeul) by 씨야 (See Ya) is probably my favorite song from Personal Taste.  It’s somehow… epic!   Just listen for yourself and see what you think.  ^_^

사랑 만들기 (Creating Love) by 포미닛 (4Minute) is a nice song… except for the rap part, in my opinion.  Other than that it seems like a really sweet song!

Then there’s 빗물이 내려서 (Dropping Rain) by 김태우 (Kim Tae Woo) which I think would be considered a ballad…?   Anyway, for some reason I wasn’t able to find a translation of it, though it looks like lots of people want translations of it.  It had subtitles when it played the first time on Episode 1 of Personal Taste at Viikii.net, so I believe the song is about how this guy has to leave the girl he loves and it was ok/he was able to do it because he couldn’t tell that she was crying because it was raining, so I think the chorus says something like, “Because it was raining, it was okay; because I couldn’t see your tears, it was okay.  It was okay, I was able to let you go because I couldn’t see your tears.”  …Or at least that’s the general idea, I think.  I watched it a while ago.  xD  Anyway, here is the song:

그대라는 날개 (Kuteranun Narge) is another song by 김태우 (Kim Tae Woo), but this one’s a more upbeat and happy song.  Again, I couldn’t find an English translation for it–not sure what’s up with that.  However, it seems that the title of the song means “The Wings” or “You’re My Wings” which kind of gives us an idea about what the song is about.  If this is the case, then the main line that repeats in the chorus could be translated “You’re my wings so I can fly~” (with the “I can fly” part being sung in English, lol).

I debated whether to include 바보처럼 (Babocheoreom) by 2AM or not since it’s not my favorite, but it’s pretty cool, and if you’ve watched the drama then no doubt it’ll hold sentimental value.  ^_^   It’s a pretty sad, melodramatic song.
